If I use bzr 1.3.1 then:

bzr co http://bzr.debian.org/pkg-bazaar/bzr-dbus/unstable
Bzr_DBus_Unstable

works fine.  With the version of 1.5~rc1 I just made and installed, I
get:

bzr: ERROR: Transport error: Server refuses to fullfil the request

This is a bit of a blocker :-(
