bzr, bzrtools and bzr-svn

OK, whoever created bzr-builddeb, take a gold star. Actually take
three.

Having Got the magic "here are the build branches" info from Jelmer and
sorted out all the dependency issues, creating the debs for bzr 1.5~rc1,
bzrtools 1.5.0 and bzr-svn 0.4.10 turned out to be very much type "bzr
builddeb" and wait. Which is good.

This is not really a good solution even for bleeding edge users, but it
has sorted me out for now. Which is good for the bandwidth on this
list.

Jelmer, you will be happy to hear that I think I am going to be able to
report that most if not all the problems I was having with Subversion
repositories have gone away :-)

The Groovy and SCons people may not be so happy since now I can bombard
them with "ok keep the master repository in Subversion, but please use
Bazaar as the client so we can do experiments and branches sensibly"
emails :-)

Oh and I will be able to stop using Git :-)))
