[MERGE] Kick off for spanish translations of the docs

Created a Makefile under docs/es/
Tested it and it seems to work perfectly, linking with the English docs.
This probably has to be added to the packaging, right?

Oddly enough, that *is* the translation. Easy for us, huh?  :)
