It is in the documentation, but I guess it just hasn't happened yet. I
was following the docs, but I wasn't able to build the package.

I'm guessing Martin just followed the example from 1.4rc1 (which is
obviously slightly incorrect).

I don't know if we can just build new packages at 1.5~rc1 and get the
launchpad PPA to accept them. (It might refuse because it thinks they
are older, I don't really know.)

I also needed 'fastimport' and 'cdbs' to be installed. but I had figured
those out. (Basically it failed not finding something with that name, so
I did apt-get install...). Is there a way for debuild to give a nice
error of "missing package XXX to build this"? If so, then the debian/
directories available from:

  lp:~bzr/bzr/packaging-dapper

etc.
