IDE Integration wiki kick-off

Hello everyone,

Following up on what we discussed in the sprint, I started off a IDE
Integration status wiki page: http://bazaar-vcs.org/IDEIntegration

It's just the basics on there, so I'd like to invite everyone to
add/edit and request as much as you can  :)

I'm sure there are many projects out there that I'm unaware of, and
many IDEs you'd like bazaar to be integrated into, so this is your
chance to give it an initial push.

I plan to try and get an Integration Guide going soon, and hope to
take advantage of the people with experience integrating already to
get it done.
