The old function didn't handle ghosts very well either. I suppose it might have
raised NoSuchRevision instead of KeyError.

It is still better than get_revision(revision_id).parent_ids.

Then again, I don't know of anything that actually calls
"Repository.revision_parents". At least, there is nothing in bzrlib that calls it.

Maybe something in bzr-gtk?
