query bzr 1.4 status

Thanks for pointing that out.

For the most recent releases I've been putting the detailed changes
into the Release object on Launchpad, eg
https://launchpad.net/bzr/1.4/1.4

The whole lot are in
http://doc.bazaar-vcs.org/bzr.dev/en/release-notes/NEWS.html

I can well believe they are not sufficiently linked though.  If you
tell me where you expected to find a link to one, I will try to add
one.  (Or if it's on bazaar-vcs.org you can log in and add one
yourself.)
