[MERGE] Update 'uncommit' docs

Hi all,

Here's a little patch to update the uncommit docs.  A friend pointed out
that the documentation doesn't make it clear that uncommit leaves the
working tree alone.  He said the bit about generating bundles in the
future actually made him think that uncommit *would* change the working
tree.
