[bzr-loom:MERGE] Add --base option to loomify, to set the branch nick

Hi all,

This patch adds the ability to specify the name of the base thread to
the loomify command.

I think ideally, we wouldn't even require the nick to be set at loomify
time, and allow the base thread to be renamed later if desired.
