Problem with shared repository

Hi,

I want to create a shared repository and import some branches in it
but I always get this error:

bzr: ERROR: Repository
KnitRepository('file:///Users/trepca/dev/tests/repo/.bzr/repository/')
is not compatible with repository
KnitPackRepository('http://code.dev/portal/.bzr/repository/')

I'm using bzr 1.4 on the client and bzr 1.3.1 on the server which
probably causes this.
Info for branch:
Standalone branch (format: rich-root-pack)

Info for shared-repo:
Shared repository with trees (format: dirstate or dirstate-tags or knit)

How could I fix this? I tried with upgrade but don't really know how
to use it...

Thanks.
