[bzr-pqm:merge] (trivial) Show the public location

I thought it would be nice to show the user the current public location while it
was checking it. Mostly as a quick double-check to make sure that I was
submitting the right public location. (Though if it was wrong, the up-to-date
check would probably fail.)

Anyway, it is a pretty trivial change, so I went ahead and put it in mainline,
but I thought I would let other people know about it.
