bzr needs new windows maintainer

Last year I took a break from bzr development in the summer.
This year I'll start my "vacation" from bzr development
(and from open source in general) *now*.

I have a mixed feelings about bzr during very long time (more than year now).
I think now it will be better for me (in first place) to leave this project.
May be it will be better for bzr project too.

Recent situation around versioned properties is not the main reason,
but the last straw. As I said last year I'm also have some doubts about
my participation in this project. Now I think it's better to me to go away.

Last year I sent mail with call for new windows maintainer to replace me
while I'm on vacation, but nobody seemed interested in the past.
I don't expect this year situation will be different, so I will continue
build windows installers until somebody replace me. Once you'll find
new windows maintainer, please inform me so I can stop.

I want to say to everybody in Bazaar community: please, excuse me if I ever
in the past say something wrong, stupid or bad to you or anybody else,
or if I did something wrong or bad. I'm sorry.

Thanks to all, most of the time it was real fun for me to participate and work
with you guys. You are really brilliant people.
