It seems sometimes we get into processing where there are a lot of child steps
going on, but they aren't big enough to be properly displayed. So we end up
muttering huge volumes into ~/.bzr.log. I don't really think that mutter() is
useful, so this patch removes it.
Arguably we could dig deeper and figure out why, but for now, *I'm* fine with this.
