bzr 1.4rc1 up for testing

I'm happy to announce a candidate for the next release, 1.4 of Bazaar.

This release has work from the last month, including handy
improvements to the speed of log and status, new options for several
commands, improved documentation, and better hooks, including initial
code for server-side hooks.  A number of bugs have been fixed, and
there's been substantial internal work in both the repository and
network code to enable new features and faster performance.

I'd like to especially thank the several people who've made their
first contributions to the Bazaar project in this release.  It's much
appreciated by our users and developers.

The source is available now from
<https://launchpad.net/bzr/1.4/1.4rc1>, binaries will be available
shortly from <http://bazaar-vcs.org/Download>, and Ubuntu packages
should be in the PPA soon <http://launchpad.net/~bzr/+archive>
Please try out Bazaar 1.4rc1 and let us know if you encounter any problems.
