well we have line-delta a full-text today. But really its
'compressed-line-delta' and 'compressed-full-text'.

So I'm planning on:
 -adding new get and insert methods that are more scalable and
adjustable
 -using those to eliminate join altogether
 -adapting the existing smart server streamoutput to those.
