The content for this looks pretty good.

Basically this is an introductory user guide for the Bazaar API, so
for further reading you might want to point people to the
autogenerated API docs, and also invite them to ask us on irc or the
list if they have questions about the docs.

We talked a while ago about whether documentation should be in the
tree, on the wiki, or both or elsewhere.  There are points in favour
of any option and we eventually settled on migrating it into the tree
and keeping it just there.  So unless the facts that led us to that
decision have changed, I'd rather we don't revisit that long thread or
have different documents differently maintained.  Let's just keep this
in the tree and ask people for questions or suggestions.
