[PATCH] New "changed:" RevisionSpec

Please find attached a patch that adds a new "changed:" RevisionSpec. It
selects the last revision where the specified file has been changed.

Examples:

$ bzr log -r changed:2:/path/to/file
$ bzr status -r before:changed:/path/to/file..changed:/path/to/file
