[MERGE] Add gnome to list of known bugtrackers

Hi,

Here's the patch with the extra class removed.

There's some not strictly necessary test changes, but I wanted
to make all users follow the new contract on UniqueIntegerBugTracker
to make it easier on anyone trying to modify the code later.
