What is this error caused by?

How do I make it not run the autopack? It literally took 15 minutes for about 2kb worth changes

Hi,

So it appears that an autopack is running on this commit, so that will
make it slower than your other commits.

Please wait for it to fininsh rather than killing it, and file a bug
if the pack operation takes too long.

Should there be a note saying that the autopack is being done?
