Bazaar "batteries included" distribution, anyone?

This is only true if you are trying to push changes back into
Subversion /and/ your repository is using the http protocol or native
svn protocol. Read-only access or pushing changes to a local Subversion
repository or a repository accessible over svn+ssh:// works fine.
