So, it seems that one of our new bzr+ssh:// protocols actually copies data in a
bad order for knit repositories. I'm opening a bug on that now.

The way to fix it is to change the .bzr/repository/inventory.kndx file and
remove the revisions that aren't properly pushed. As near as I can tell, that is
all of them.
