Bazaar 1.3 release status

To review things for 1.3, which is scheduled for today:

bialix nominated some problems in converting from default formats to
rich roots, which can bite when doing upgrades or also, I think, when
doing merges

Because subversion creates these it can be pretty disturbing and
intrusive for using bzr-svn.  I don't personally feel very experienced
in how this area is meant to work though so I doubt I can patch it
myself today.

a fix for bzr send through the default mail client.  John has
recommended merging it so I will, though I also find the test a bit
unsatisfactory or dull.

"interrupting a client waiting for a lock over bzr+ssh leaves process
on server" and I have done a patch for it, but the patch is not clean
yet and I think it's not enough of a regression to need to fix in 1.3.

to improve the speed of looking up revnos, which I would approve for
1.3 and will read now.
