Specifically the problem is that his pycurl doesn't have the certificate
for https://launchpad.net.

1st I would recommend updating to a newer Bazaar version, since bzr-1.0+
will generally be faster better, etc.

You seem to be running on a Linux distro, so you may need to install the
certificates package.

On Ubuntu this is:

apt-get install ca-certificates

I imagine it would be the same for most Debian-like distros, I'm not
sure about Fedora.
