Hi Ian,
You're more than welcome to include the svn-fast-export utility if you
like; I would point out that the Python version is known to leak
memory on really large repos (like something the size of the KDE
repo), and also that neither the C nor the Python version are capable
of dealing intelligently with branches yet. Aside from those caveats,
I think they're both pretty useful and I'm happy to have you include
either one; I would probably recommend the C version but I know
everything else in bzr is python, so which version to include is up to
you. Also, if anybody in the bzr community comes up with patches for
svn-fast-export, I would really like to integrate them upstream
instead of having you guys carry them from release to release.
As far as the license goes - I'm pretty sure you're in the clear.
Thanks!
-Chris
