Warn users about getting readonly launchpad transports

Hi,

Does anyone think the attached patch is a good idea?

It at least gives the user some clue why "bzr push
lp:whatever" will not work.

I know it's not perfect, and I'm not really sure
myself whether it's a win to have it, but I thought
I'd try and start some discussion.
