Yeah, I don't keep the whole archive locally, so when I want to dig
something up I go to the thread view page of the web archives to find 
it.

It takes almost a minute to load the whole thing, which I think is 
probably bandwidth as I am on a pretty limited connection.

I don't feel that strongly about it, and I didn't know of a reason for 
having it quarterly, so I thought I'd asked.

If people prefer having the threads maintained then I'm ok with that.
