bzr-svn: bzr: ERROR: Permission denied: ".": Can't get password

I saw that and like I say - normal svn can access it (without asking for 
password) so I have already done this. bzr-svn can't however...
I assume they are caching the passwords in different locations. I used 
the Windows installer for bzr and bzr-svn.
