[stats/MERGE/stats] Rename "stats" -> "committer-stats"

Hi John,

The attached trivial patch renames the stats command to committer-stats
and adds "stats" as an alias for that with the idea that in the future
"stats" could be a separate command that prints more than just the
committer stats but other stats as well.
