bzr missing --show-patch

I know that. Just wanted to say something.

FWIW, I use "bzr pull -v" and then in another shell, "bzr di -c N" to
see the patches for the revisions I'm interested in. But if I was the
lead developer on a project, I might want to see all of them.

Anyway, just my 0.5 cents.
