[MERGE][trivial] ConfigObj 4.5.2 (super-trivial)

Bwahahaha. This has so not been worth all the bother I've put you
through. :-P

It's super-trivial: the only change to configobj.py is the version
number. All 4.5.2 did was fix a bug in validate.py, which we don't
bundle, and some doc changes.
