bzr branch svn+https not working on Gutsy?

[Emilis Dambauskas]

Upgraded bzr-svn to Version: 0.4.7-1~gutsy1 from Gutsy backports.

Now svn+https:// seems to be working (including push to SourceForge server).

Previously svn+https:// failed, but https:// worked for the same url.
I couldn't commit changes to parent server though.
