bzr break-lock seems to hang indefinitely

I wonder if this is a problem similar to one I had due to terminal
printing. On some terminals bazaar does not print anything until a new
line is encountered (for example this happens on Cygwin for me). It's
actually a bug in Python and not Bazaar. So it could be that Bazaar is
printing something to the screen but you don't see it and therefore it
appears as though it has hung.

a message that things where locked.

| The problem is that bzr break-lock (-v) does not seem to do anything.
It just hangs, and does not give any feedback. By removing the
lock/held/ directories and their contents I could restart.
