I've just put an installer together for bzr-gtk. It also adds a bzr command "olive" which will launch olive. All of the bzr-gtk commands should work from the command line (I have not tested them all).

This package requires Glade/GTK+ for Win32 to be installed. The Runtime Environment version of GTK+ 2.10.11 from http://gladewin32.sourceforge.net/modules/news/ will work just fine. Glade/GTK+ must be on the path for the plugin to work (it normally is after installation).

The installed package is pretty ugly at this point, but it gets the job done and appears to work. There is an uninstaller in ~\Application Data\bazaar\2.0\plugins\olive.
