How to run bzr-gtk's Olive from Windows standalone installer?

I see instructions for installing Olive on this page.  Those
instructions say you should install Python.  Since you say Python is not
installed, it seems like you're not following those instructions.  Is
this correct?  Or if you tried them, what didn't work?
