Bug: commit messes up working tree

With the changes in pqm at pqm.ubuntu.com-20080213031902-4xhmwps49vclfhh6 
(3222) I still get an error:

bzr: ERROR: An inconsistent delta was supplied involving 'a/c/y.txt', 
'y.txt-20080214125644-2vlt3lysu668jgcp-5'
reason: This was marked as a real delete, but the WT state claims that 
it still exists and is versioned.

But at least now I can update and get a clean tree, so there has 
definitely been an improvement.
