bzr 1.2 update - rc soon, final friday

Just a brief update on Bazaar 1.2: there are a few bugs we want to fix
before this release:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/189771 - Launchpad plugin tests
broken, but the overall test suite does not fail - probably a trivial
error

https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/187169 - mv after delete breaks
the dirstate

I'm working on both myself.

Robert has created a new branch http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr1.2 (also
https://code.launchpad.net/~mbp/bzr/bzr-1.2) into which I'll merge
when I have a fix for 187169.
