Hi Gordion,

I believe the error you're encountering is caused by a bug that has
been fixed in a later release of Bazaar.  Please try upgrading to bzr
1.1, and let us know if this does not resolve the problem.

You may need to use 'bzr break-lock URL' if the lock is still held,
and you're sure no one else is writing to this branch.  You can also
ask on irc://irc.ubuntu.com/#launchpad for help.
