Hi,
While I agree that this may be a blocker for adoption in some cases
you could provide some more of your thoughts on the matter.
I don't know of any paid support options at the moment, but that
doesn't mean they are not available.
I assume that you are thinking of adopting Bazaar in your company,
is that correct? If so it would be useful to know a few things, such
as what you mean by support (email/phone support, on-site training
with materials, custom modifications, etc.), and what sort of size
the deployment would be. If this was a large enough contract I'm sure
you could get someone to listen.
Also, does the support have to come from Canonical?
