Mac OS X 1.1 release?

Great, except when i installed from that release bzr won't run. I get:

bzr: ERROR: Couldn't import bzrlib and dependencies.
Please check bzrlib is on your PYTHONPATH.

Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "/usr/bin/bzr", line 64, in <module>
     import bzrlib
ImportError: No module named bzrlib


I assume this is something missing in a PATH/PYTHONPATH env var, but  
i've no idea what to where put to fix this. This is on a clean Mac OSX  
10.5 with Xtools 3. I looked and could not see a value for PYTHONPATH  
in my environment.

Any ideas? Haven't spent much time under the hood of Unix/Linux for a  
number of years now.
