Can I disable .bzr.log? Can I disable builtin plugins?

You can just move/delete those from the plugins directory.
"bzr plugins" will tell you where they are located.

Well, for my Windows 'standalone' (.exe) installation the report from
C:\>bzr plugins
gives -

"C:\Added Program
Files\Bazaar\lib\library.zip\bzrlib\plugins\multiparent.pyc [un
known]
Implementation of multiparent diffs for versionedfile-like storage
C:\Added Program Files\Bazaar\lib\library.zip\bzrlib\plugins\launchpad [unknown]

        Launchpad.net integration plugin for Bazaar."

So, the relevant plugins directory is embedded in a zipped archive. How would
I go about moving or deleting them exactly?

In a similar area, would it be possible to mandate having a
pseudo-version string
in the source for such plugins, such as "built_in"? The current
default of "unknown"
looks ugly and uninformative.
