Problems with new streaming API

A run with the correct versions on both side shows the same thing:

7.097 hpss call:   'Repository.stream_revisions_chunked' ...
1328.407    result:   1321.306s  'ok',

It is taking 2 minutes for the 'ok' response to be returned. And then I
have a bunch of very fast "XXXX byte chunk read". All those seem to take
< 1s to complete except the big 30MB ones at the end.

I'll try a loopback to see if it is specific to the machine I'm
connecting to.
