[MERGE] iter_inventories + deserialisation tweaks.

For the second time recently I've been caught by not running all tests
before sending a review request :(.

So iter_inventories has been approved, but needs this additional patch
to pass tests... Th additional change in this patch is to add a check to
Repository.deserialise_inventory that the resulting inventory is the one
asked for, and update relevant tests. Also I tweak the model 1 to 2
regenerate inventories logic to use the revision trees parent marker
which is more accurate in some cases (from weaves), which I noticed when
investigating the failing test (which is removed by this patch as its
not relevant with the changed to the deserialiser to cross-check the
revision).
