BB Request: superseded tracking

When a patch is marked as superseded it would be nice to have a link to
the patch that replaces it.

That way if I'm following an old patch, it is easy to find the latest
version of it for reviewing.

This may require a bit of storage overhaul (as I'm guessing you just
keep a flag for superseded, and not a way to track which patch did it).
So it isn't super high on priority. Just a request.
