Hi all,
This patch adds the ability for "checkout" to use a branch's tree to
accelerate the tree building. I expect this is a pretty rare case in
actual usage, but it's free, so why not take it?
It also modifies a test case that assumed that checkout would not use
the working tree of a branch. The test case now uses "revno" instead,
which really doesn't use the working tree of a branch.
