question on bzr-svn workflow possibilities

yes, this should be possible. The commands would be:
$ bzr branch <svn-url>
$ edit <files>
$ bzr commit -m "foo" # commit to bzr branch
$ bzr push <svn-url> # push changes to original svn url
$ bzr svn-push <other-repo-url> # Push changes to other svn repository.
# This location can't exist yet when you push to it for the first time.
