Since you offer…
I've gotten to the point where I can send an email and have pqm process
it.
My questions at this point are:
Do I need to create an initial repository with make-repo? How? I
tried, but it looks like pqm just dies. I don't even get a proper
exception.
How can I get PQM to start merging code? I send
star-merge bzr-url bzr-url
and nothing happens. What does it expect to get?
If I could get past that point, I would be ecstatic.
Here are my logs from a “star-merge” email:

http://maven.apache.org/continuum/
And it does appear to be targetted at Java projects, but I was able to
get it up and running — checking out code with bzr, running the build
script, issuing build alerts on IRC — in about an hour. And I'm working
on a PHP-based project.

Right. Which is why I want PQM. ;)
