Does anyone besides Bazaar use PQM?

Launchpad itself does. And we've fielded some questions on it before. So there
are a few.

I think it suffers the most from "get it set up once, and then you don't have
much to do". So it doesn't get much active development. And the initial "setup"
phase is harder than it really needs to be.

I think there are a few people in Canonical looking to change how it is
deployed for them, which means it will get some more development focus in the
coming months.

I personally think it is a very good workflow. And it just happens that the
particular implementation has not been polished enough.
