Bazaar is ignored in some places?

In that interpretation I should condition my statement on the folders
in which you are showing interest.  If I request changes to a
particular folder tree and I get any changes from another users commit
gesture I should get all changes pertinent to that folder tree from
that commit gesture.  So that is defining commit atomicity not only
that a commit is performed as a single gesture but that none of the
commit is visible until it is completed.
