I'm not completely sure about using the branch for commit operations,
because eclipse only knows about Projects, bzr-eclipse supports
multiple "eclipse projects" in the same branch, but we can encounter
some problems for resources not managed by eclipse (not included in
any project in the workspace). Don't take this as an absolute true, I
need to double check this particular case and see if I there is any
way to workaround it. (I'll inform you about this particular case
briefly)

Ok, here is a vert short description of what I understand until now:
When doing a commit, open the commit dialog showing all changed files
(in the branch or project) but check only the selected files.
Is this ok? if so, I'll add this to the 0.1 o 0.2 version in the roadmap
