[MERGE][1.0][Bug 124089] Add root_client_path parameter to SmartWSGIApp, and use it to translate paths received from clients to local paths.

Aren't all paths over the smart server absolute? Its stateless, there is
no concept of 'current directory'.

Also, could you please setup your mail client to provide first *and*
last names, there are too many Martin's around to differentiate without
that.
